(1) Different anti fog function between ski goggles and motorcycle goggles:

Hard coat refers to an optical coating used for anti-scratch treatment of the surface of the substrate. Also known as hardening fluid.

According to the curing method, it can be divided into heat curing type and UV curing type. The ideal performance is to give the base material the same hardness, scratch resistance, waterproof, and corrosion resistance as glass, while maintaining all other inherent properties of the base material.

Optical grade hardened and wear-resistant coating materials are mainly composed of nano-metal oxides and organosilane monomers. Under the catalysis of acids, organic/inorganic nano-hybrid materials are obtained, which have both the hardness and wear-resistant effects of inorganic substances, and organic polymerization. It has excellent adhesion and flexibility, and also has a light transmittance as high as 93%. Therefore, it can be especially suitable for the surface wear resistance, hardening and anti-scratch treatment of transparent optical plastics.
